Location

Aspect 123 occupies one of the finest locations in the capital: close to its history, convenient for business, and blessed by glorious open surroundings and wide panoramas.

The outlook to Arthur's Seat and Edinburgh Castle give the apartments an unmistakable context. Around half a mile to the south, Craigmillar Castle has been the backdrop to much of the nation's rich history. A few minutes walk to the north lies Duddingston Village, with its loch and bird sanctuary.

The city centre is only four miles away, and the city bypass, two miles from the apartments, gives fast access to the suburbs and the south as well as to Edinburgh airport. The development is also adjacent to several bus routes with frequent services into the city centre.

Around a mile away, the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre includes a Sainsbury's hypermarket, Boots and BHS branches and a variety of fashion outlets and other retailers.

Aspect 123 is also in easy reach of Kinnaird Park, with superstores such as B&Q and Toys'R'Us, a Megabowl and a UCI Multiplex cinema. There are primary and secondary schools within walking distance, and the new Edinburgh Royal Infirmary at Little France is just over a mile away.

Nearby leisure facilities include the Royal Commonwealth Pool, the Jelly Club for kids, the University of Edinburgh playing fields, a LivingWell Health Club and Portobello promenade as well as Edinburgh's oldest pub, the delightful Sheep's Heid in Duddingston Village.
